Y on the Fly is the Greater Green Bay YMCA’s mobile outreach initiative, bringing safe, engaging, and relationship-driven programming directly into neighborhoods across Brown County. This innovative programming expands the YMCA’s mission beyond our facilities and into the heart of the community, removing barriers to access and ensuring more youth, families, and individuals can experience the support, connection, and opportunity the Y provides.

Guided by our areas of impact of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility, Y on the Fly creates safe, structured, and enriching experiences that help individuals grow, thrive, and feel a true sense of belonging.
