2025 Kids Triathlon

8:00–10:00 AM

Participants in the 2025 Kids Triathlon will swim, bike, and run their way to an unforgettable experience! Each child receives a numbered bib to decorate and wear during the race. All finishers earn a medal and a t-shirt (registrations after June 1 aren’t guaranteed a t-shirt).

Race Details:
Mighty Mites (Ages 6 & Under):

  • Swim: 20 yards (3’2″ deep, flotation devices allowed)
  • Bike: ~0.5 miles on paved trails
  • Run: 1/4 mile

Junior (Ages 12 & Under):

  • Swim: 50 yards (5’6″ deep, flotation devices allowed)
  • Bike: ~1.5 miles on paved trails
  • Run: ~0.5 miles

The course is subject to change, and all proceeds go toward the Y’s mission of building a stronger, healthier community.

The 2025 Kids Triathlon is the ultimate swim, bike, and run event for kids of all abilities! With age-specific race divisions, every participant can experience a fun and safe triathlon adventure. All proceeds from this event support the Y’s Annual Campaign, which strengthens our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

    Join Randi Mahomes, proud mom of NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes, for an inspiring fireside chat with Greater Green Bay YMCA’s Interim CEO, Jamie Hanner, created especially for sports parents. Randi will share her personal journey of raising kids in competitive sports, offering real-life stories, hard-earned lessons, and honest advice for families navigating the world of youth athletics.

    “When Patrick was growing up, there were so many moments I wish I had a playbook for–times when I had no idea what the right decision was or how to best support him. Looking back, I’ve learned so much, and now I get to share those lessons with other parents walking that same path,” said Randi Mahomes.

    “That’s why I’m hosting an exclusive, private session during the Draft just for sports parents. I’ll be sharing some fun, behind-the-scenes stories from Patrick’s journey–things that didn’t make the headlines but helped shape who he is today.”

    In addition to the conversation, Randi will also unveil a new national project designed to empower and support parents of young athletes – a first look you won’t want to miss.
