Support for Early Dementia Symptoms

In partnership with ADRC of Brown County, our 12-week program supports individuals with early onset dementia or similar symptoms. Featuring engaging exercises and linguistic activities, this group-based class fosters both physical and mental wellness. A care person may be required for additional support if needed.

Physical Exercises

Our program integrates tailored physical exercises designed to improve strength, balance, and coordination. These activities are crafted to meet the unique needs of participants, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Regular movement enhances overall physical health and supports cognitive function.

Mental Stimulation

Engage in activities that stimulate cognitive function and language skills. Our program includes various linguistic exercises aimed at boosting mental agility and promoting cognitive health. These activities help maintain and improve mental acuity in a supportive group setting.
