High blood pressure often goes unnoticed and can be life-threatening. Our program helps you monitor your blood pressure, identify patterns, and receive personalized support. Over four months, you’ll benefit from regular check-ins, nutrition tips, and guidance from YMCA staff.

Personalized Support

Work with YMCA staff to learn how to monitor your blood pressure effectively. Our program offers regular consultations, personalized tips, and nutrition education to help you manage and lower your blood pressure over time.

Track and Improve

By tracking your blood pressure regularly, you’ll gain valuable insights into your health. Our program equips you with tools and knowledge to identify and address triggers, while improving your heart-healthy eating habits.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cost is $20 for the entire program, just $5 per month.
Adults 18+ with high blood pressure, no recent cardiac events, and no arrhythmias or lymphedema can join.
The program includes bi-monthly blood pressure checks, two consultations per month with an Ambassador, and monthly nutrition education.
