Group Exercise
We offer hundreds of group exercise classes each week across our five centers. Classes include cardio, yoga, Zumba, strength & conditioning, water exercise, and Active Older Adults for seniors. Not comfortable coming in? Our YMCA360 platform offers on-demand and livestream classes for your convenience. Stay active and find your favorite classes at the Y!
Active Older Adults
Active Older Adult programs are tailored for members aged 50 and older. Our classes focus on physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Join our Active Older Adult exercise classes to stay fit and make new friends in a supportive and fun environment. We believe in promoting overall wellness and creating lasting friendships.
