Career Exploration

Y Achievers connects teens with successful professionals who act as mentors and role models. Through career clusters in various fields – such as business, technology, and healthcare – participants explore diverse job options. Workshops and discussions help them understand different career paths and the steps needed to pursue them, providing a clear vision for their future.

College and Career Readiness

Our program prepares teens for the next steps after high school, including college readiness and career planning. Participants receive support with resume writing, academic tutoring, and college tours. Adult mentors lead workshops on essential skills, and students engage in activities that build leadership, communication, and goal-setting abilities, equipping them for future success.
