You Don’t Have to be Made of Iron to be a Triathlete

Learn the ins and outs of what it takes to train for a triathlon. You will be educated on common injuries of endurance athletes, and tips for an injury-free season. Gain the perspective of both the triathlon coach and therapist as they help get you started on your journey to becoming a triathlete or looking to take your sport to the next level.
