YMCA Day of Giving
About Y Day of Giving
Y Day of Giving (YDOG) is our annual “in-branch” fundraising event. Held on the first Tuesday in March, across all six branches, YDOG is a day dedicated to harnessing the power of the Y community. Every dollar raised goes towards funding essential programs and initiatives that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. By participating in YDOG and supporting the Annual Campaign, you are helping us fulfill our ongoing promise–to serve the community and to never turn anyone away for an inability to pay.
Join Us
YMCA Day of Giving will be held on Tuesday, March 4th. During this all-day event, we ask members and the community to make a contribution to support the Y’s mission. You will see our staff and volunteers in the lobbies and throughout the facilities asking for pledges. Sometimes they are even wearing costumes or completing challenges to secure donations.
The event also includes special programming, food, raffles, and themes. Each of our six branches have their own flair–consider making a special visit to all of them on YDOG!
