Join our Brain & Body Fitness program to enhance both physical and mental well-being through specialized exercises and activities.
Support for Early Dementia Symptoms
In partnership with ADRC of Brown County, our 12-week program supports individuals diagnosed with early onset memory loss or brain changes. Featuring engaging exercises and linguistic activities, this group-based class fosters both physical and mental wellness. A care person may be required for additional support if needed.
