Join Our Competitive Gymnastics Program
Welcome to Gymstars, our YMCAs competitive gymnastics team! Gymstars provides a supportive and encouraging environment where athletes can grow, challenge themselves, and shine. We compete against other Wisconsin YMCAs following USAG rules and regulations in JO levels 2-10 and Xcel Silver and Gold.
Team placement is based on skill evaluations of gymnasts in our Jr. Stars program. For gymnasts joining us from elsewhere, please contact us to set up an evaluation for best placement in our program.
Skill Development and Training
Our Gymstars team emphasizes rigorous skill development, focusing on both foundational techniques and advanced maneuvers. Gymnasts participate in regular practices to enhance their performance across floor routines, bars, beam, and vault. The program ensures each gymnast receives personalized attention to refine their skills and achieve their best in competitive events.
