Ninja Program Overview
Our Ninja classes are perfect for building foundational motor skills. Mini Ninjas (Ages 3-4) focus on balance, strength, and endurance, fostering self-confidence in a playful setting. Ninja Warrior Jr. (Ages 5-8) enhances these skills with more complex obstacles, promoting a positive mindset and teamwork. Each level helps kids develop a strong body and mind while setting and achieving goals.
The NinjaZone Experience
NinjaZone blends gymnastics, martial arts, and obstacle training for a unique fitness experience. Baby Ninjas (Ages 0-2) focus on early skill development and socialization, while Lil’ Ninjas (Ages 3-4) introduce basic movement and confidence-building. For older kids, NinjaZone Jr. and NinjaZone (Ages 5+) challenge them with advanced skills, agility courses, and progressive levels marked by headband colors, fostering personal growth and achievement.
