You need to submit payment for the first week, a $30 non-refundable registration fee per child, a completed enrollment form, and a "Draft Agreement" for summer payments.
Registration starts in February for the upcoming summer. Spots fill up quickly, so be sure to register early.
Forms can be dropped off at the Ferguson Family YMCA SACC office, mailed to 235 N. Jefferson St., or emailed.
Forms received after the registration date will be reviewed the following day, so make sure to submit them on time. For additional information, please call our SACC Office at (920) 436-9675.
