Comprehensive Wellness Guidance for All Ages

At the Green Bay YMCA, we provide personalized orientations to help every member understand our mission, values, and the essentials of wellness. Explore our programs designed for adults, families, and youth, ensuring a safe and supportive start to your fitness journey.

Youth & Family Orientation

Our Youth & Family Orientation educates youth (ages 8-13) and their parents on wellness and fitness. It instills a fitness lifestyle at a young age, highlighting the YMCA’s mission, the benefits and risks of exercise, and Wellness Center etiquette. Participants learn to use cardiovascular and strength training equipment safely and effectively. This program is free for Y members and requires parent/guardian participation for ages 8-10. Schedule at the front desk.

Adult Wellness Orientation

Tailored for adults, this orientation provides comprehensive guidance on the safe and effective use of cardio and strength equipment. Learn about the benefits and risks of exercise, and familiarize yourself with the YMCA’s mission, core values, and Wellness Center etiquette. This program is free for Y members and can be scheduled at the front desk.
