Smart Start Program

The Smart Start Program is a free 3-session coaching program, and is available to new and current YMCA members. During the program, you will meet with our highly trained wellness professionals to establish your goals, develop a personalized fitness plan, and experience a customized personal training session!

Body Scan

Styku is a 3D wellness body scan that allows you to visualize your body shape in 3D, set personalized goals, and track your progress with data that makes sense and is fast and non-invasive. Using harmless infrared light, a 3rd body scan takes only 35 seconds to scan and 1 minute to process, getting your results on the spot to set you on your health journey.

Exercising with Parkinson’s

The Green Bay YMCA now offers Exercising with Parkinson’s, a customized exercise program for those with Parkinson’s.

Myzone is a monitor that users strap around their chest during workouts. It helps you get the most out of your workout! It displays heart rate, calories, time, and effort to a facility display or to the Myzone app, while simultaneously creating an online logbook of all physical activity.

Walk with Ease

The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease Program is a 6 week exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk with Ease.

YMCA KickStart

Livestrong at the YMCA

Livestrong at the YMCA is a physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors achieve their holistic health goals. Using traditional exercise methods to ease you back into fitness and help you maintain a healthy weight.
